Dr. Hedi Ben Mansour, professor at the Higher Institute of Biotechnology Tunis and Sidi Thabet al researcher at Faculty of Pharmacy of Monastir, a PhD in Agricultural Science and Biotechnology Agribusiness at the University of Caen Lower Normandy France and a PhD in Biological Sciences and Biotechnology, University of Monastir Tunisia. Currently, it is responsible for the Tunisian master "Industrial Development of Health Products" and president of the Tunisian Association of Cosmetology At age, 32, just registered in the Guinness Book as the youngest coordinator a third cycle in the world ... well that's not all Ben Mansour filed, too, his candidacy for the prize of the President of the Republic in the biotechnology sector particularly relating to health, environment and industry.
